(E) Published bi-monthly by the Australian Embassy in Tokyo. Contains art news and listings of events and opportunities for artists. *O-susume desu* I strongly suggest subscribing to or bookmarking JASM if you are interested in keeping abreast of art news in Japan.

Creators Bank
(J) A free folio site for all kinds of artists, crafts people and graphic designers.

Creators Market
(J) Occasional art markets held here and there in Japan.

Art Fair Tokyo
(E/J) Held each year in April.

Kyoto Arts Centre
(E/J) Hosts an annual artist's residence programme along with other events and exhibitions.

Tokyo Wonder Site
(E/J) International cultural exchange institute with 3 locations in Tokyo.

Setouchi 2010
(E/J) An international art festival to be held around the Inland Sea beginning in July.

Design Festa
(E/J/Ch/K) The big daddy held at Tokyo Big Sight twice a year

Assembly Language
(E) No longer maintained and somewhat out of date, but there are some useful essays about the Tokyo art scene of interest to foreigners who might be thinking of exhibiting there.

Tokyo Art Beat TAB
(E/J) Galleries in Tokyo can be difficult to find. This site gives addresses with photos of the entrances making things a bit easier. Links to Kansai Art Beat.

Taro Okamoto Award for Contemporary Art
(E/J) An annual prize award open to all nationalities, ages and professions.
